We want your pets to be completely satisfied with every meal; if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with.

Carefully place the unopened food containers in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy package to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
